The very first vehicle transport job that comes to our mind is truck driver. The work of truck driver is very complicated when compared to than any other driver as in this case the driver has to deliver the vehicle and also has to load and unload it. Another trouble is they have to pick up vehicles from 10 to 12 places and deliver to different states which take few weeks to deliver. This is a very difficult job for drivers who are wedded but they are paid a good amount.
The next job title that comes to our mind is the dispatcher. A Vehicle transport dispatcher is the “travel agent” of the car transport industry. The dispatcher takes orders for shipment of customer vehicles and plans it with the transport company. This particular work is much harder than taught because each customer transports his vehicle from a different place to somewhere like Melbourne, for example to Bangkok, so this has to be planned with a truck that has 8 to 11 autos which goes on that route. The dispatcher has to transfer information about pick-up, delivery, and transportation times to and from the truck driver and the customer.
Another type of work is that of client service representative. The client service representative is the person who takes delivery and sends out quotations marks to consumers via phone or email. The client service agent also takes the order from the buyer and sends it to the dispatch dept. The client service representatives are also responsible for clearing the doubts of the customers about shipping as the clients may not know about auto shipping.
Diesel Mechanic plays a most significant role in the car transport industry. This work is given much of significance because he would be working for the safety and security of the company vehicles to ensure that the company trucks move safe and sound on the road. The necessity of Diesel Mechanics is always high in the car transport industry.
An Auto Processor’s job would be processing cars from one end to another end. General Warehouse job includes the usage of forklift to transport overstock freight to main locations.

The United States visa process can be fraught with complications, but at the end of the process comes the visa interview. The information below is intended for those interviewing at the Consular Section of the United States Embassy in Bangkok, Thailand.
The Immigration process for a United States Citizen’s spouse or fiance can be time consuming and somewhat convoluted. The culmination of the process is the US visa interview which is conducted by a Consular Officer at a United States Embassy or United States Consulate-General abroad.
As the US Immigration process winds down, it comes time for the Thai-American couple to start contemplating the US visa interview. Some Thai visa applicants are nervous about the American visa interview as many of them are under the incorrect impression that it is the Consular Officer’s job to sabotage the applicant’s application. This is simply not correct. American Consular Officers are responsible for adjudicating visa applications that are submitted to the Consulate. In many cases, this is simply an exercise of due diligence to ensure that the couple is truly in a bona fide relationship and that no legal grounds of inadmissibility exist. This being said, in situations where an applicant attempts to deceive or defraud the Consular Officers the result of such attempts can be very detrimental. Consular officers are trained to spot discrepancies in visa applications and they are also tasked with finding the truth about an applicant’s past if it is pertinent to visa issuance. Thus, in cases where an applicant attempts to misrepresent facts on a visa application there is a good chance that the application will be held for administrative processing and be investigated by the Fraud Prevention Unit. An interview by an officer in the Fraud Prevention Unit, although conducted with courtesy, will likely see the applicant placed under intense scrutiny in order for the Consular Officer to determine the facts of the case. Fortunately, in those cases in which fraud is not an issue, with proper preparation beforehand, the applicant’s interview can be a relatively stress-free affair.
At the conclusion of the visa interview the applicant will likely be presented with one of two documents. If the Consular Officer feels that more information is needed, then a 221(g) refusal letter will be issued. This letter simply states that the visa is being refused pursuant to section 221(g) of the Immigration and Nationality Act. Under this provision, the Consular Officer can refuse to grant a visa until further documentation is provided. The remedy for this documentary deficiency depends upon the evidence requested.
At the US Embassy in Bangkok, if the visa application is approved, then the applicant’s passport will be taken and the Consular Officer will provide the applicant with a “Red Card.” This is a small index card which is stamped with the date and time that the visa can be picked up. It has been deemed a “Red Card” due to the fact that the ink used to stamp the index card is red.
For those who have retained a licensed US attorney in Bangkok the current Embassy policy is that the attorney can pick up the applicant’s passport if the applicant is unable to do so. However, visa companies, visa agents, and fly by night operators claiming to be lawyers (without proper licensure) cannot correspond with the Embassy on behalf of family visa seekers.

The next level of mastery on a completed job can’t go on until all jobs in the tier are mastered to that level also. Everyone’s hurting a bit in this downwards spiraling world economy. But if you’re still lucky to have a job and need that release a vacation can only provide then head towards to Bangkok Thailand. With some of the wildest nightlife venues and seedy sex districts, Bangkok leaves an indelible memory on all who visit.
To make the most of your vacation in Bangkok when visiting the sex districts it’s best to stay at a hotel that has a guest friendly policy. These hotels don’t require a guest to pay a joiner fee which is usually 500THB. There are many but you’llf find a some names of popular ones below
Bangkok has three main sex districts:
Patpong Nana Soi Cowboy
There are a few more but the 3 main ones are mainly geared towards foreign tourist. Which is a good thing since these three are connected through Bangkok’s efficient train system the BTS Sky Train.
Patpong is Bangkok’s oldest red light district dating back before the Vietnam war started. Today the drinks and go go bar activities are a bit higher since Patpong has been commercialized. But you can still find decent prices on local draft or brewed beers such as Singha and Chang. There is only one guest friendly budget hotel within a 5 minute walk to Patpong and its called Bally’s Studio Suites Silom. This hotel is relatively new and the rooms are decent in size. It’s also close to the BTS Sky train so you’ll be able to get to the other sex districts easily.
Nana sex district has the most guest friendly Bangkok hotels because you can find a wide selection of nightlife venues in this area. There are hundreds of beer bars, dozens of popular nightclubs and the best thing of all is Nana Plaza is located right across the Nana hotel. Nana Plaza is a small building, just 3 floors but the place is packed full of go go bars and a dazzling display of bikini clad ladies. Some of the popular budget guest friendly hotels in this area is the Woraburi Sukhumvit, Swiss Park, Nana Hotel and Salil Hotel. And they’re all within walking distance to Nana Plaza.
Soi Cowboy is the smallest sex district, comprised of a Soi just 400 meters long packed full of go go bars as far as the eye can see. This area is practically a business district so there are many upper range business hotels. Luckily Nana isn’t too far, matter of fact it’s only a 10 to 15 minute walk and less by car or tuk tuk. There are a few noteworthy guest friendly hotels with decent rates such as Sacha’s Hotel Uno, Livingstone’s Lodge and Admiral Suites.

When you consider that there may be 100 schools represented and 400 pre-screened candidates, your chances of securing a teaching position at an international school is high. Additionally, many of the top schools will only consider interviewing candidates who are pre-screened by a recruiting agency.
Whether or not you decide to register with a job fair might depend on your ability to get to where one is being held. Job fairs are held at locations worldwide, with a particular concentration in North America and the United Kingdom. Some of the organisations hosting the job fairs do not charge participants to attend, they make their money from charging the recruiters.
There are several organisations that hold job fairs for international teachers. International School Services (ISS), Search Associates and the Council of International Schools (COIS) are three of them that hold job fairs around the world. These organisations pre-screen the candidates and invite those candidates that meet the criteria published on their websites to attend their job fairs. You can go to their websites and check if you meet their criteria.
Both ECIS and Search Associates are very professional and experienced in their approach to organising job fairs, and it shows at their events.
Recruiters rely on these organisers to cut out the unqualified or undesirable candidates. They turn away many candidates each year, so you should feel proud if you are invited to attend one of these fairs; it’s the first step to getting a contract at the fair.
COIS
COIS do not charge candidates to attend their job fairs. The recruiters do pay a fee to attend.
COIS job fairs are held from February through to June in the UK and in North America. The requirements for becoming registered with COIS are available on their website and include:
* A current teaching certification/ qualification
* Three professional referees, one of which must be your current head teacher
* 2 year’s experience
* Candidates should be willing to consider being placed anywhere in the world.
The dates and venues and application deadlines for the COIS job fairs for 2007 are available on their website and the deadline for applications for their first job fair is January 18th.
Search Associates
Search offer an online application process and a number of job fairs in a variety of geographical locations. Before completing an application you can go through a self-screening checklist on their website to determine how competitive you will be in the job market.
Search charge candidates $US150 to register, which is good for 3 years if you don’t find an overseas position in your first recruitment season. Search offers a number of job fairs and your registration fee covers your attendance at one fair per registration period (of up to 3 years). You can attend more than one for an additional fee of $US 50 per fair. Should you find your new position through Search Associates, there is an additional placement fee of $US 300.
On application Search will assign you an ‘associate’ to give you personal service.
Once you are registered, your resume will be posted online for recruiters to peruse. It is vital that you go log in to the site and update your resume at least every 30 days or your resume might be pulled off the site.
Teachers in Australia and New Zealand can attend one of the Information Seminars offered by Search. These seminars are held throughout Australia and New Zealand in order to provide information for people interested in teaching overseas, and to pre-screen potential candidates prior to the Search job fair in Sydney. Check their website for details.
Search offer two specialised placement services aimed at teachers with experience in either the IB system or the British National Curriculum, see their website for more details.
The dates and venues of the Search Associates Job Fairs for 2007 are on the Search Associates website and their first job fair is being held in Australia in January.
ISS
ISS charge candidates $US175 to establish a professional file with them. If your application is not accepted by them, they will refund $US125, and they do not charge a placement fee if you accept a position at one of the job fairs they host.
ISS job fairs are held in January, February, and March. The requirements for establishing a file with ISS are available on their website and include:
* A 4 year bachelor’s degree
* 2 year’s experience
* Candidates should be willing to consider being placed in two continents.
If you are interested in establishing a professional file with ISS you should look at the more detailed list of their requirements on their website.
The ISS name for a job fair is International Recruitment Centre (IRC).
ISS are holding three IRCs in 2007, the first one will be held in Bangkok in January.
ISS say that ‘typically 50 percent of those who attend accept positions as a result.’
These are the big three of the recruitment organisations for teachers looking at a career in international teaching and participation in one of their job fairs can kick start you onto a new and exciting career path. It can sure beat searching through job advertisements and sending out your application pack 100 times.
Attending an international teaching job fair can be very stressful. Whether it is for your first teaching job overseas or your tenth, international job fairs can play havoc with your nerves. This stress can affect your ability to show your best side to recruiters, so eliminating it is a priority. One sure fire way to reduce or even remove the stress you feel is to have a backup plan.
Your backup plan can take many guises. Here are two that I have used successfully in the past to make attending overseas teaching recruitment events more bearable:
1. Plan to attend more than one overseas recruiting fair
There are more than ten job fairs each year that are dedicated to international school teacher recruitment, and you can apply to attend more than one per year. You can even attend more than one organized by the same recruiting agency.
Not every international school attends each fair. You can meet directors from many different international schools if you go to more than one job fair. One way to ensure that you get maximum exposure to recruiters is to apply to attend more than one fair.
The different job fair organizers; Search Associates, CIS and ISS have different schools recruiting with them, so mixing up your job fair registration and attending more than one job fair can increase your chances of finding the perfect overseas teaching position for you.
Many of the job fair organizers offer job fairs in the same locations back to back, so you can fly into Bangkok or London for example and attend two job fairs organized by two agencies in a single trip. Full details of the dates and locations of the job fairs organized by the three big organizers are available in The Complete Guide to Securing a Job at an International School.
2. Know what your next move will be if you do not get offered an international teaching contract this academic year.
When I attended my first international teaching job fair I had two backup plans in the unlikely event that none of the school directors offered me a contract. I did not have to implement either of them, which is a shame in some ways, because my backup plans were almost as exciting as teaching abroad in an international school!
Here are some backup plans you may wish to explore…
> taking a year out and travelling around the world – you can find places you would like to live along the way and begin relationships with recruiters by visiting them at their schools.
> volunteering with an organization that teaches refugees or works with local teachers to improve methodology and pedagogy – this is an excellent way to gain international experience which will make you more attractive to international school recruiters.
> signing up with the Teachers on the Move, a company that finds temporary teachers for international schools to cover for maternity or long term sickness positions.
> applying for a teacher exchange program such as the JET program that places teachers in Japanese public schools, or the VIF program which places overseas trained teachers in American public schools.
Once you have made your decision to attend a job fair and received your invitation, you need to prepare for an intense two days in a pressure-cooker environment. Careful planning prior to the event and conscious networking at the event are the keys to landing a great teaching job abroad.
Imagine you are on your honeymoon to a beautiful tropical country. You are looking forward to pristine beaches, peaceful jungles, luxury hotels in Bangkok and most of all, efficient travel that does not unduly inconvenience you. If you were heading out of Bangkok at the end of November 2008, you found a travelers’ nightmare.
In December 2008, Suvarnabhumi Airport in Thailand was taken over for eight days by anti-government protesters. This article will not examine what is behind this takeover but the effect on travelers. And the airport seizure in Thailand had travelers darn mad.
Americans fumed as they missed getting home for Thanksgiving, a holiday second only to Christmas in the U.S. One clearly miffed man railed at a Thai woman for their “cockamamie protest” as the reason he would not get his turkey dinner. Others on their honeymoon said they needed to take a break from their hectic life but needed to get back to the U.S. for job interviews they were missing and to work towards saving for their next vacation.
Now that there are so many travelers stranded, there very well may be no cheap hotels in Bangkok as a lot of travelers need places to stay in the capital city. Looking to the future, however, even businessmen in Thailand are livid at the effect of the protests with some analysts saying the country’s tourist arrivals could fall from an average of around 15 million to just 6-7 million in 2009. If that’s true, luxury hotels in Bangkok could soon turn in to cheap hotels in Bangkok just to get occupants away from other hotels.
While time will quickly date this article, the main idea will not. Remember, nothing is for certain and when you are in a foreign country your travel plans can go bad fast. Forget planning ahead, life is how you react. Those travelers who always look on the bright side of their travel circumstances cherish the memories even a bad travel experience can bring.
